Zamp Manager
Backoffice system created to organize the company’s external products, such as apps and coupons. There was a redesign to make it easier to access the necessary materials. Zamp is the brand that owns Burger King and Popeyes in Brazil.
Ux Business Feature
Previously, BK Manager was the coupon system. Due to being outdated, it required something new, updated, and easy to use for the pricing team. This led to the creation of Zamp Manager, where I was responsible for assisting in the creation of the system. All of this was done with the help of ant design, Zamp’s colors and branding, and new technologies.

Test A/B
The “A/B TEST” was an internal survey conducted to understand how people used Zamp Manager, identifying the colors, texts, and functionalities that they liked the most. This made it easy to choose the best paths for building the backoffice system.

A page within Zamp Manager to list coupons, facilitating the daily lives of employees and the company’s action control

The Zamp Manager home page was designed with the brand’s colors, fonts, and icons. This brought dynamism and interactivity with the user in our 3 areas within the system, which are delivery, stores, and coupons.

Cupons SiteMap
In this coupon sitemap, we have the entire registration path for the coupons displayed in the app, which also existed in BK Manager and was redesigned for Zamp.
Store SiteMap
In the store sitemap, the new feature allows us to easily register Burger King and Popeyes stores within the app, which will then be displayed in the app

Multimarcas
Zamp aims to be a multi-brand platform. As the owner of Burger King and Popeyes in Brazil, it can register and carry out actions jointly, facilitating processes.

Table within the app to work with dynamic filters. In addition, the color-coding feature facilitates the visualization of stores that accept or do not accept coupons and ratings. Green indicates acceptance, while red indicates rejection.

Clique & Retire is utilized for stores that accept purchase and payment through the Burger King app.
Clube Bk
Club BK is used for stores that accrue points within our benefits club in the app.

Stores that accept the coupons available within the Burger King app.
